Zora Staack (1910-2001) Born in Kragujevac (former Yougoslavia). Married in 1931 with Mr. Staack from Denmark. Educated at the Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. In 1947 she moved to Paris where she lived until her death in 2001. In Paris she studies at the academy of André L'hote and is given French nationality. In 1951 she participated in the Salon d'Automme and in 1953 and 1954 in both the Salon de Mai and the Salon des Réalités Nouvelles. There, the abstraction achieved at that time in her work stands out to both the public and art critics. In 1958 and 1960 she exhibits at Galerie Charpentier.
